I need to outsource a one off, hourly Android based task

As the title says , I have a unique situation whereby I need a worker, preferably Indian to login into an Android device over TeamViewer and perform an action once or twice an hour . The task takes approx 60 secs each time. Where would I look for such a project and how much should I expect to pay ?
