I need to know how to add hyperlinks to imgur post description

I have seen many imgur pictures posted on reddit that has something like a word used to represent a whole link like 'here' 'source' in the imgur image description but I don't know how that is done.can anyone be kind enough to help me with that .

Either due to reputed account or you need to add html code of hyper link, there is no magic in it, if you are thinking there is a hidden way.

One way could be by making a comment. That should leave a link back. right from the description, i have never seen it
