Hello Guys,
Some guys post comments on other people's videos with links/without links and they do some setting so no one else can reply to their comments. If they do reply to a comment with same setting, no one else can post a reply under that reply, even channel owner can't do that.
Can someone explain me how to do that ?? What setting is being used to do that ??
