I need to increase fb payment treshold quick

Previously I´ve got my fb ads payment treshold from $2 USD to $250 USD after spending $1400 USD in 30 days.

Does the increase in fb ads payment treshold depends merely on spending? Or time determines it as well

Anyone has any recommendation on getting payment treshold higher or increasing quicker?

You should ask for the threshold in advance, and spend and pay continuously without missing any bills, then there is a high possibility that your threshold will be increased quickly.

To increase the threshold, you need to spend a large amount of money. And make sure there is always money in your payment card to be able to automatically pay, do not let payment errors occur, this can even cause your account to drop the threshold.
 
If you're lucky, it will increase real quick. But when you're not, it won't even increase once, sometimes it increase 10%. Only thing you can do is set the threshold at maximum amount ($900 for example).
