I need to get feedback on my site

Hi guys,

I got my article directory site up. I am trying to get my rankings up on google for my site so I want to make sure it is up to speed. . I wanted to get feedback on what you guys think. I am hesitant to place my link here because I love this site and I dont want to get banned . If I can get an OK from a senior here I'll place the link here so you guys can give me some honest feedback. One thing that is cool about my article site is the fact that the site shares revenue with anyone that publishes there.
