Is there a way to put a page on the number one spot in Google (organic) quickly with blackhat techniques just for one day. It does not matter if the page get slapped or de-indexed by Google the next day!

It's doable if the competition is not high, however it can't be done over night, it takes some time.

maybe if you ask nicely ? Honestly, I haven't seen very many noted methods that actually do this. A lot of the time, it is purely by accident, but im sure someone here knows how to do it...

I suppose it depends on the keyword.. Its very possible to get the front page in a week but cant see how you would be P1 without using adwords
