Personally, there are no white hats if you are thinking of manipulating search engine results. There are several programs though that can help you out depends on what you need to do. I suggest that you look into our marketplace section for that.

Do some good onpage optimization so that between your title, description, and post url you are covering a wide variety of keywords. And get some high quality, high pr, relevant back links. Starting with an aged domain would really give you a boost as well.

You're trying to SEO without learning the basics and fundamentals which so many on this forum sadly do.
Go back to the beginning and study the art and you will have a better foundation to rank from.
