I beleive massplanner was shut down some time back. Most people have moved on to new tools now. I beleive Jarvee is the closest alternative.

If you're registered user you probably have some mail from them in your inbox, look for it. If not, i don't think they accept new users.

As per the above comments, massplanner does not exist any more so you are not going to get any support or help from them. And if you are still using their tool somehow, then you are using something that is totally unsupported.

I would suggest looking for an alternative.
