I need to clone a website

I run a Recruiting business for my primary income and I need a better website. I like recruiter(dot)com or reflik(dot)com setup. (not my sites of course)
Any advise on creating a site just like those or cloning them but changing the code some to keep it legit?

If you clone the website including content and all, it will never get indexed due to duplicate content. Doing huge changes to your primary income domain is a catastrophic idea overall. Either start with completely new site or keep this one as it is.

Why dont you just buy a similar domain like recruitcenter.org, then hire someone to recreate the website b rewriting the content on those websites and provide extra research?

Sure. You can have exact same or similar website / clone but use your own content (rewrite/original) for your services, new images etc to index your website in Google and optimize against your copetitors.
