I need to buy websites

I do not know if it is ok post this here. I need to buy adsense earning websites with Good origanic traffic.

If anybody can point me to someone who makes such sites or has sites shoot me a PM.

There are so many people who are making money with adsense though Organic Traffic but the thing is how much money you are looking for i mean how much adsense earning ?

My opinion is "No one will sell good adsense earning website with Good organic traffic. If you find someone then the someone will be like

1. website with inorganic traffic or less earning
2. highly price with organic traffic or medium earning


High earning ?? why should they sell.. So, spending high amount on buying (good or bad) website is better than make your own website and place 40 - 50 words unique article (each 500 words) then build some niche relevant backlinks. Your website will get real traffic. that's it.

Can't agree with you on this at all, Bart.

There are a number of reason why people sell their profitable websites (and other businesses alike). The seller might be tired of running the business, they might be raising funds for a new venture, they might need a lump sum of cash to cover an unexpected expense, they might just be tired of the project and ready to move on - the number of possible (legit) reasons is endless.

To the OP:

1) I would suggest you to keep an eye on all major marketplaces and depending on your budget, also broker listings.

2) You may want to seriously look at sites that get NON-organic traffic. Many people in this industry believe that having organic traffic (from Google) is the next best thing after winning a lottery, whereas in reality sites that depend entirely on organic traffic are completely at Google's mercy, meaning that whenever Google decides that the site shouldn't rank as high as it currently does, the traffic will stop and so will revenue. Whereas if traffic sources are properly diversified, especially if they include paid traffic, the risks are much lower.

I can confirm that business with LEGIT traffic and LEGIT earnings have been sold with success couple of times...

I've been selling sites like that with legit steady adsense income for numerous reasons just as previously said...

For example I've sold site once as I needed money for other venture (for real), other time I just needed extra cash for vacation and I've sold one of my websites...

So I'm pretty sure that you can still buy such a website if you look good and find good offer...

Remember one thing: ASK QUESTIONS!

Many of those Adsense sites you see on flippa are strait scams.

You can easily spot them by checking their backlinks (to which they usually have none) or checking the content (which usually fails copyscape) or running them through semrush or just checking the keywords they claim they rank for (which is usually none).
