I need to buy Automation tools but...

Well I am resident of a country where paypal has a limited use. If I want to purchase anything then i need to use Credit Card which i do not have. However i do own a VCC. My paypal is verified but in my country we can only use credit cards to make purchases. So my stupid question is can I use a VCC to buy an item from paypal just like a normal credit card?

Sorry if this is in wrong section am somewhat new here.

Try it out and see. Some VCCs it will take and some it will not, most VCC sellers say right on the page "Works with paypal" and charge a slightly higher fee for those.

I suffer from the same problem as I'm from India, where gaypal is bloody limited. I guess the solution can be a lot easy, when you could deposit the cash in a friend's card and use that. My survival mechanism is easy, I do not buy ANY tool that has a monthly subscription.

A ton of tools are available on a onetime purchase mechanism. Scrapebox, Bookmarking demon, AMR, Traffic Travis 4 to name a few. Never tried VCC's, to answer your query.
