I need to be creative

This is the situation,
I starterd doing some cam modeling as a couple with 1 hot girl. But i dont want to be involved 24/7.
I am trying to find something to do when she is live camming. She is going to get traffic from chaturbate etc. I want to take advantage of her traffic and let her promote a product or create one, or insta page idk.

What stuff u People can come up with?

I don't know if this is really true, but someone told me that someone on cams puts a dildo through one ear and removes it from the other ear, thereby making 10X more as compared to the other cam folks I am not an expert, so you need to do your own due diligence about the same.
But, I guess some magic tricks are used for that. Otherwise how can it be that someone puts in a dildo in one ear and removes it from the other ear ?
