I need to ban someone on myspace

Hi all. So I need to get someone banned on myspace because they have the url I want and they haven't logged into their profile since 2007 so no chance of buying it off of them. Suggestions on how to do this? Thanks so much I appreciate it.

Will banning blacklist the url never to be used again?
