You could try the search option to the top left of the site, and input instagram bot. You might find a freebie lurking around somewhere.

You know these fake followers, how do these sites get so called "followers" to a random account?

If they are fake followers, it could most likely be done by creating multiple accounts on Instagram, then having them follow so and so person. That's the only way I can think of it.

Yep, you just need an account creator, (or an outsourced team) plus a way to mass follow an account with all of those accounts. Or just buy them from one of the threads here in the forum. G-S-T has one going.
