I dont know if this post belongs here but i just want to ask suggestion from people out here;
I have a small internet cafe here in the Philippines, probably 16 computers (actually 20 but only 16 were running good) with specs 512-2GbRAM, 40-80GB HDD, 512MB Graphic cards, lots of motherboard classifications,with good internet connection supply...
If you have those computers what will you do?any suggestions?
Internet cafe's here in the Philippines are getting closed because of financial problems, most computer shops here cannot afford to pay anymore there bills that's why they are closing it, selling there computers or converting it in a new business such as call-center ,etc...but i dont want this to happen on my business.
On my idea, actually someone Else's idea here, he suggested that i should have it converted in an outsourcing business, is it worth investing these?? and if i am going to have it converted into that business what are the things that i must know about, the do's and dont's.And if i am going to convert it as an outsourcing business what are the things i must learn and need to consider, (i have advantage in employing workers here because they accept low salary high quality jobs hence we are not living in an expensive city) can anyone send me an advice about this? i appreciate those who are already engaged in this business, and also, since i dont have enough knowledge about this things i would like to offer everybody a 50/50 net profit for one year with contract if you can help me , advice me, coach me in setting this kind of business. I dont have enough money right now reinvest in my current business, thats why i want to find somebody who could do those financial things needed, because it might need a little or huge financial,thanks guys hope you can help and suggest me things about these, and those who are interested on that 50/50 deal you can just send a PM on me, only serious takers guys, i dont need negative comments, just advices.
