hello,
i'm want strategy for build backlink.
What types of backlink ?
Never when the building backlink for new site and what is the quantity and from where ?
Is there I can plan followed To get the best results in a short time ?
How much time it takes to reach the rank 1 In a keyword weak competition

Grab an ahrefs trial and take a look at your competitors' backlinks and try to steal them.
 
In order to build your backlinks and increase your website traffic, ranking, I would suggest you to learn and research about SEO, I think at first you need to learn from many famous and largest websites about SEO, SEM such as: Searchengineland. com, Searchenginewatch. com, Searchenginejournal. com, Moz. com,...they're all giving free basic SEO, SEM techniques and courses that you can follow up and practice as well. After that, you should apply these techniques on your own website with your domain and hosting, try your best to practical daily as much as possible.

I believe that you can get the archive after some months you try hard.

Have you built the site already? If yes I would probably have answered these questions before you did. If no, then:

1. Type of links depends on several factors - the amount of cash you have to spend is normally the deciding factor. - PBN links, buying links directly from "real sites", paid directories, begging etc etc
2. Quality always over quantity - you will know how many you need when you get to where you want to be
If I were you I'd start reading and testing best way to learn.
 
Message websites similar to yours and ask for a link to your website! :)
 
Firstly, create high value resources on your website that other websites would want to link to - especially other RELATED websites. Then, craft a unique outreach approach that will drive great, highly related and authoritative links back to your linkbait you created. Finally, use a proper siloing technique and BAM, you're in the money!
