When it says high offer, does that mean I have the highest offer? I need to know so I know if I should offer more to be leading.

When you have the highest bid it will simply say (in green) you're the highest bidder. If not, it will say (in red) outbid.

If it says 'high offer', it means you have the highest offer and you will get the domain name if or once the seller accepts your offer. If someone else offers a higher price than yours the status will change to "not highest offer" or something similar.

So the seller has to accept the offer before the bidding ends? Also, when I say high offer I am talking about the make offer auctions.
