I need someone who can make a simple photo editing software

I have a photography, photoshop site, and I want to have my own editing software to sell. I have to have full rights to sell it!
A lot of people can't afford photoshop, so I will make it a cheaper alternative, but it can do more things than gimp.

Here are features that it needs:

Import photos
A organiser
And a separate editor
White balance adaption
Brightning pictures up or darkening
Sharpening
Cropping

More would be great!

There's already a lot of sites that do this online for free. Also GIMP is free and does so much more than what you're looking to do, so I don't think your plan will work very well as is. Why don't you just try to sell your editing services?

I just bought PaintShop Photo Pro X3 for $30... Not quite as powerfull as photoshop but is MORE than adequate for what most people need. Why waste your time and money trying to develop something that that will probably never be as good as what's already out there.
