I need someone to help me with CleanFiles

Hello everyone, I am having a trouble to get to CleanFiles... Actually, I dont have a website, so I can't verify my account overthere, so I was wondering if someone is willing to help me to verify that account. All you need to do is to upload my "CleanFile.txt" to your "root" folder of your website, and thats all. Its a 2 minute job.

Get a free webhosting account and do it yourself (Google: 000webhost).

Thanks for suggestion, but once upon I had a website, but its down now... So I rebuilt it yesterday over 000webhost, and the problem is Google itself because it takes time to get indexed :/ It is blank now and it cant be done like that...
