i need someone to explain this to me

i have this issue on my search console. Am seeing 3 different properties listed.after i moved from HTTP TO HTTPS , i still saw my HTTP listed on my search console, last week google added the real domain only------ Without HTTP or HTTPS and each has different report of indexation. which i thought i should be seeing only the HTTPS . so guys, i don't know why this and i don't if it is okay like that. please explain better. I have the same issue. My web designer told me that it can take up to 6 months for google to ignore the old HTTP and to only index HTTPS. Even worst, on Semrush, all my pages looks like errors because the transfer from HTTP to HTTPS. I asked the Semrush help line for help but i was told that the issue will sort out on its own.
