I Need Someone To Design An Android WhatsApp Bot

This would be pretty straight forward. I need an Android app what would have the functionality of WhatsApp Business Greeting Message(something like a welcome message when someone, specifically not a contact, messages me something for the first time) BUT also, in the same time, let me attach a multimedia file(video or photo) along with that message.

This application could be a bot or something similar that would work on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business but also if possible other versions of cloned WhatsApp.(Android Emulators like Nox included if possible)
