I need someone to create IE/Firefox plugins

I need someone to create a firefox and Internet Explorer plugin that will change the looks of certain websites and add stuffs to it.

Let me know if you can do it. The last person I hired, did most of it in couple of days before disappearing without sending me the source code.

I am only looking for reliable freelancer.
