I need someone to build PBN network for me

Im looking for someone can build PBN for me
- You have to find good expired domain with good DA/PA (Moz), TF/CF (Majestic), DR/UR (Ahrefs), recovery domain with old site or build new one.
- You have to setup wordpress, plugins, social share buttons, sitemap...
- Each site need 5 articles 500words, no spin content

I would like to pay 50$ each site. I will pay for domain and hosting.
