I can't believe people wud be soooo dumb to sell these accounts for $2 or $5. Its even hard to buy @$40
 
those who r selling in 2 or 5 so they want to scam so be careful actual cost is 50$

Does that exist? 20 limit with single region only? The thing is even if you only need 1 region approved (doesnt exist for sure) as long as it has 20 limit instance the price wont be ranging from $2 - $5. It should go anywhere higher than $40.
 
Heck you can't even buy AWS EC2 with 2 instance limit, 2 regions approved only for $2 but , yeah, who knows.
