I need someone experienced with generating loan leads

As title says, need someone experienced with loan leads.
My target geo is Germany - I need someone who can either create a funnel for getting loan leads or getting traffic to my landing page for collecting loan leads (email, social media ads etc)

Please do not contact me if you are not experienced on EU ads. Facebook lead gen ads wont work if you dont know their recent updates etc. Adwords wont work either. (unless you specifically know what your doing)
