I need some help !!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to know if anyone out there is using textmonster for text marketing if so can you any of you help me and let me know how it works and what do i need in order to make it work... I got a blackberry and i downloaded the app for the phone but i cant log in to the app on the blackberry and i have tired everything but all help is welcome thanks

It seems your phone does not support the app. Have you tried it out any other model/make?
