I need some help in this HASH CODE

Last time i check my website and when i logged in to my panel it said password is incorrect so i try to go to my phpadmin and when i check my password somebody change my password and put security answer to my database so it can't be change can anyone help me decrypt this password? coz if i can't change my pass then ill think i need to recreate the website using my back up files please help me.

Change your password in PHPMyAdmin.
You wsill need to encrypt it into MD5 and then set it.

i change that already but nothing happens
