I need some help choosing the right mass email marketing software!

Hey there guys,

I am new in email marketing and I would like to choose the right email marketing software for my business.

With so many different features out there like (multiple SMTP, limitations to subscribers, or how many emails that could be sent in an hour, templates, etc.)

How does one choose the perfect email marketing software to work around with?

Need some advise, cheers.

Also these softwares work best with VPS and do check with your hosting provider for further details.

please note these softwares are trial and error method , every software suits a different purpose and needs.

before you start with email marketing please be aware and well informed about local laws and possible pros and cons.

is the way to go. If you want to send just a small number of emails every day you can just use a gmail combined with email merge (it does not offer reporting,analytics etc but it's a cheap fast way to send 500 emails per day)
 
Get interspire and powermta 4 best solution for sending mass emailing..if you want speed them go for oempro with powermta 4, you can easily send 5+ millions emails a day using oempro.

I never did mass mail but i know http://www.massmailsoftware.com/ from many years and using their few products like whois explorer too many times and they are really good and i can say old name in industry.

Check their website they may have many solution for you and prices shall be too reasonable.
So I think worth to visit them once too.

I use atomic email sender

Its great software set it going and walk away its that good.
 
I would like to hear more about atomic email sender and which vps service to set it up on any experiance?
 
Hi all ...I have recently tested Interspire Email Marketer with different mail servers like Exim , Smartermail , postfix , Atmail,Axigen,Exim ,FirstClass,HMailServer,IceWarp Mail Server,Ipswitch IMail Server,MagicMail,MailEnable,MDaemon Email Server for Windows,Port25, PostMaster,qmail,Sendmail, XMail, Zimbra,ZMailer and found that in more then 80 % mails are originated from IEM are going to spam , even if your ips have good reputation....and if you do not modify your email header.

While Power MTA is still leading the sending speed with multiple IPs ..... i have used 900 Ip simultaneously with a single Powermta installation and its grate .....At the same time PMTA works with multi-domain configuration with multiple smtp users ....this is also a grate feature.....

You need a proper smtp server a good mailer that support spinning syntax.

If anyone needs help for a setup smtp server for any kind of emailing softwares,script or desktop softwares.
