I need some coding/programming counsel on a website I'm hoping to start

So, here's the story: I'm all but done with a design that I've been working on for the last 2 months and I'm hoping to launch the website soon, rather than later.

Unfortunately I don't know the first thing about coding, and I'm not sure what my options are or even what I need doing. I'm hoping that perhaps a few generous BHW members could put their hands up and allow me to PM them the designs I do have, and give me a bit of a free consultation on where I need to go. I know what I want, and can outline clearly -- well, to a comprehensible level I'd hope -- how the website needs to function, I'm just oblivious to how feasible what I want actually is, and how much I should be expecting to pay et cetera

I've heard that joomla could be a good option for the website from a friend, but I couldn't say if he or she has any idea what they're talking about or not. Supposedly Joomla has a good back end, and that's a big part of what I'm after as much as anything - an easy to work back-end. Something like Wordpress, in that I want the admin area to be piss easy to use.

To anyone who wants to help please PM me or drop a message in here and I'll PM you with the design .jpg's and an outline of what I'm aiming for .

I would post it here for everyone to see but I'm a bit cautious -- perhaps to the point of paranoia -- that one of you crafty buggers would take the jpg, code it or copy it and sell it off. Not to stroke my own genitalia or anything, but it's a decent standard design.

So, any good samaritans about?

I would be willing to help you. I have 6 years of web design/development experience working with many languages and frameworks including drupal and wordpress.

PM a MOD with this thread, screenshots, conversations,etc... anything that will help them decide. If you sent a deposit via Paypal dispute it. Do not dispute it as a service or they will win the case.

Okay, I'll open a thread tomorrow and PM a moderator.

I paid via MoneyBookers, which was a naive mistake, as they don't seem to have a dispute policy, so the money is lost.

I have evidence from emails and from moneybooker, and from some PMs on here, that he's a liar and a filthy rat. I will need a few hours to compile screen shots and the like before contacting mods.

I also have his address if anyone in Virginia wants to slap him for me
