Hello guys
I am having a wordpress 404 error i cannot access my wordpress dashboard i have tried searching online for tutorials but i can only find how to edit links for 404 I am suspecting that the error may be caused by the urls i submitted to bing and google that had www. while my site index was http://domain.com my site is 2 months old i dont know whether Google will penalize me any assistance will be highly appreciated

you need to give more info about the situation. what's your website?

hope this will help you guys to tell me the soln

Did you check mysql database connection
Usually that results in a "Cannot Establish A Database Connection" error.

OP, the canonicalisation of the URLs you submit to Bing or Google do not affect your site's functionality, it only affects the way your website appears in searches. it's possible that one of the files is missing, corrupted (in this case, the wp-login.php), or inappropriately modified. Try either restoring a backup of the wp-login file from a time when it did work (you did create a backup, right?) or download the Wordpress CMS and restore the file from there. You can also reinstall the Wordpress CMS entirely, although backup your website before you do this.

Upgrade it to latest version, and check the error files in the hosting, if you were unable to fix, then I suggest contact to your hosting company and they really fix it in minutes.

That's fine, although depending on your webhosts support, they may or may not have a backup for you on their servers and they may not be willing to fix the site for you. In the event that they do not have a backup for you or they are unwilling to help, here are some additional resources of how to save a backup for your website (database and files) and how to restore Wordpress files:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database
http://codex.wordpress.org/Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup
https://managewp.com/user-guide/how-to-use-managewp/backup/restore-wordpress-site-from-backup

Are your sure you didn't accidentally delete some files from your server?

If you can get a backup restored, that'll be easiest. If not, can you give us some more info? Does the front end work with or without www in front of your url or not at all?

Does your hosting provide cpanel or plesk or similar? What was the very last change you remember making on the site before it stopped working?

If you've not managed to get an earlier restore, these will help us get a better idea of what's happened & best way to fix it.

Good luck!

This error is many times in show of your PC. Because some times in show of error because more than people of working in this wordpress so that load in this site but this problem of less time and don't worry you can after some time refresh this page so clear the problem in wordpress.

Second things you can see the database connection Because some times more than data in this load of the wordpress so that connection is error 404 and server down. But dont worry this error is sometimes and after the refress page and work of the wordpress.

wordpress is very easy and most useful so that more people working of wordpress.

You are missing your wp-login.php file. Just re-upload it.

better upload you wordpress admin folder. seems files are missing

login your hosting and reset or re-install the script.
or call your hosting.
