Search and Learn... Invest your time in educating yourself... Don't expect something will just happen overnight... Invest your time wisely... Search for free courses, training on YouTube, try Udemy... Affiliate marketing, CPA...
Anyway, the most important thing is...
Don't expect anything, you need to put a lot of work, hours, days, weeks, months, maybe even a year in educating yourself!
Don't believe in all those clips on YouTube showing you 1000s of dollars and how you can do it also in 1 day!

Yes, you can.
My advice would be to start and learn about affiliate marketing.
But, once again, be prepared to "invest" hours, days, and weeks in educating yourself!
If you are not ready for that "process", it's gonna be tough.
Most of us here started with $0 and most of us made something from nothing.
It's not that hard but still not an easy to do...
Certainly, it's 100% easier to learn then it was 10 years ago.
And learning is your #1 priority right now, don't waste your time on anything else but learning!
CpaBuild, CpaGrip, and few others are free to sign up, others are asking for website and some other things.
Search on YouTube about CPA and how to earn money without websites.
I will recommend you start using Blogger to promote CPA/Affiliate/ClickBank offers it's free and just learn basic things about websites at the same time, you gonna need it after you made some success and earn money.
The first goal should be to get for example $25, that's how much you need for a website + hosting for 1 year.
That's just $25 and you can get it even cheaper...
If you are new, CPA is a bit harder to learn so you can start with for example :
ImageTwist. com or Shorte. st and just do that for some.
I mean, there's a ton of options for you, free options, lots of free methods here on BHW.
And I can type like this for next month, if you do not invest YOUR OWN TIME in yourself, forget about everything.
I'm sorry once again but that's how it goes, that's reality...
I gave you a few examples so you can start with that if you want.

Man starting from $0 is like, hard. I mean you can't even afford a few bucks for a domain and hosting. If you have a product or service you can sell here on the forum, you don't even have the money for Jr.Vip + Marketplace thread. I mean, if anything, Jr.Vip + signature.

Fiverr should be your first move. Register, fill out your profile and all, and then post 7 gigs (or however many gigs are allowed). If you have any skill, sell it on those 7 gigs. And if you don't have knowledge for 7 gigs, you can always make it. For example, if you can do article writing, you can make 1 gig for article writing. Then do 1 gig for SEO article. Do 1 gig for gambling related article, one gig for health related article, and so on and so forth. Be creative and make the full amount of gigs you're allowed on a new account.
And if you have 0 skills, then find cheap stuff that you can resell.
Then try to get customers to your gigs, or just let the gigs sit and you may get customer from Fiverr anyway, and move on to other things.
What other things? Well, I don't know. You need your own website. With your own website you can get going with affiliate marketing, selling your own stuff, whatever.
Or a lot of people have success doing CPA. I never did it, but CPA has been a thing for many many years, and you can do some slippery stuff with it and make some cash. Tons of info and help on the forum about CPA.
