I need some advices!

I'm reading this forum from quite a while and i decided to not just stand but to make some money.
I made my first site with also adsense and afiliate on it and i want the opinion from you...the specialists!

in romanian it means: learn how to really make money ...it's a mistake...it shouldn't be here.... i will change it by the way....thanks

come on ...is that so bad that nobody says anithing ...by the way how long does it take for my site to get indexed?
