I need some advice

I have got a question. I have one forum in very nice niche. It's a very big and very old niche affiliates can bank a lot of money from there.
I have about 1,664 threads, 8,910 posts and 1,742 members AT THE MOMENT while I'm writing this post and this is the statistics 14 May 2011 - 14 May 2012

At it's best times I earned about $1800 per month, but it's possible to get much more.

For the past 2-3 months I haven't had time to work on it because I have so much other work to do.. so I thought about selling this forum.

So tell me, what do you think for how much I should sell it or how much is it worth ?

Usually the price of a site is calculated according to its average monthly revenue for a period of minimum 1 year. So let us know about that and then you can get an estimate for it.

Hmm.. In buysellads.com I can see $5071 (july 2011 - may 2012), but companies can buy ads on my site too + I have used CPA + I have Adsense on that website so I think it is from May 2011 - 2012 about $10 - 11k
I have had companies who have paid $500-1000 per banner ad per month.
