I need software or Method to change device information on device (Android or ios)

Hi everyone, I am a newbie ! I'm in need of a tool or method to change device information on Android or iOS in order to bypass the app's security system.
The purpose of this is to be able to register multiple accounts of that app within a short period on a mobile device without violating the app provider's policies (such as not being able to register multiple accounts on one device, which has a high risk of being blocked).
I really need a software or method to deeply intervene in the device information to bypass the system of the application. The old software I am using is no longer effective.
Can someone suggest or help me? Plz...
