It is very difficult to find free socks proxy that work, and those that you will find will work only for few minutes at the time.

The problem with the proxy server will be that you will not find many different c classes ip on the same host

Then you're not doing much. That thing isn't even from the USA let alone South Carolina. I can tell just by the beginning of it that its going to be some far east Asian country. Be next to useless for him, and especially useless of you to bump this thread with that.
