I need sites to place links - Guide me how

Hello friends,

I need some help from you people. I have some requirements for placing link ads on different sites. But, I am unable to find sites except for DP Link sale section. But, I need many sites to fulfill my requirement. It is basically, I will place one link with my given anchor text in any of the existing article in your site. If there is something you can help please check my requirement.

Niche: home improvement / finance / business / wedding / food / events / flowers

Let me know if anyone can help me or even if you don't have sites, let me know about a marketplace (Don't say DP as I know about it). I need thousands of sites and I will pay for bulk deal as well small deal.
