yea i'm pretty sure about this i used to use entropay cards in a country where the visa card has to be local

from my personal experience the account was working for 3 years using entropay cards the cards were being issued by bank of valetta which is located in malta and i'm not even european

My experience is that I got my AdWords account banned by using VCC. I never recommend using VCC.
