clickbank has many health offers, so do most big cpa networks.

Traffic that doesn't convert with ads is usually just bot traffic. Make the ads more prominent and start filtering out bots from your reporting. ... that's where I would start.

But on youtube you can find plenty of info how to monetize your website. To start use google AdSense and use a theme that work good with them.

You should checkout https://mythemeshop.com/?ref=kain241 they got multiple options for AdSense and ads and you can buy a pro theme but they also got free themes that are fully updated and have Ad options.
