It's actually adult dating site and credit card is required but won't be charged, it is just for security purpose.

It's actually pretty hard to find people who can provide sign ups with credit card even though it won't be charged

Lol Eric no offence but you obviously don't know much about the offer you're promoting. It won't be a free signup, it'll charge a certain amount instantly and will refund within 3 days if they cancel. It's a well known method called ewhoring which is now banned on this forum. VCCs don't work and if you put through 100 signups and none convert ull be banned.
