I really need to get my website on first page of Google locally I'm pushing page 2 already for my key words I don't have a lot of up front money but I do have some I need a good Seo person please be in the US or even better california atleast Skype daviddrandolphh

Why is anyone going to do anything for you right after you said you don't have much money? Why would you trust the most important element of your website to someone that works for pennies?
 
I suggest search for local citation providers, and make sure to grab all you can first before doing any other SEO.
 
I would do this for you, but there a few of problems.
  1. I know nothing about your website, you didn't even provide a link.
  2. You don't have money and I can't work for free
  3. I know nothing about your competitors; I need to analyse your competitors' websites to see if you can outrank them.
You've already made it to page 2, you shouldn't jeopardise that postion by letting some "SEOer" destroy your website. Instead, you can spend some of the money on tools to analyse your competitors websites or build quality backlinks so that you can compete with them.
 
DIY op, nobody works for free. Since you've made it to page 2, I'm sure you able to bring it to page 1. Good luck :)

You should at least tell your niche so the ones who are interested would contact you. That's not a lot of info you provided there.
 
If you want good SEO, you're looking at minimum around 4-6k.. and that's with barely any competition.. anything below that for a legit business.. don't bother.. why spend $150 on getting your site deindexed in the long run..?

OP, will the cheap SEO brings you higher and higher? Tell your price like "am having $$$ so can anyone do SEO for this price".. There are many small end packages in the market place.. You can even pick one from there for your budget..
 
I'll PM the OP a standard flat-rate offer for one time, one month work to lower the cost. But failing being able to even go with that, the OP's best alternative is to go with doing their own SEO, or with finding an "SEO intern" or starting freelancer who will do the job at below market price, in order to build their portfolio of successful work.
 
How do you expect to get what you want without the money to pay for it?
 
Pushing your keywords to 2nd or 3rd pages is easy when compared 1st page. To withstand your position, you have to work hard and spend more money.
