I need SEO help to fight with my competitor

Hi, my competitor buy a new domain and he called the opencart store name with our domain name.
With seo activities he goes on the first page at the 2th place after us.
They just have an ecommerce, they buy this new domain name only to try to steal our customers.
We need someone that help us to remove him from the google's first page.

Only that are you sure it work? It's not easy i talked with some lawyers.
They don't use exatcley our name.
For example, our url is: http://www.anonstore.com
The opencart store name is Anonstore.
They buy domain http://www.greatanon.com and call the opencart store "great anon store".

There's a ton of SEO services for you to try, I'll just warn you, SEO is not cheap or fast.
It sucks that they are doing such dirty practices
