I need Seo guide and help

Thanks all in advance.

i want to start a new website.

1. Planning is for Seo, I will buy expired domain and will 301 redirect to it on fresh domain, will this be help full?

2. If i buy from another niche and redirect it, will be that helpful?

3. must it be from same country?

4. and if the expired domain are not available on google will this help?

5. i read 301 and 304 as well if domain is not available 304 will help, will this help?

6. main question is that all the expired domain and its back link are not visible on google, how they will help my new site.

7. if the expired domain having too many back link and wickiy pedia link, which one your choose bank link or wiki link?

8. I seen one site now they have less back link and more wiki link but 0 Domian Ranking, why so?

Looking forward to great answer, I want to start this journey tomorrow, Niche is real estate, Help appreciated

1. Potentially, but you really want to stick with the main domain and avoid unnecessary redirects.

2. It absolutely won't be, as you will completely screw up your niche relevancy. Can work in spammy niches and some obscure country locales, but rule of thumb = bad idea.

3. You also redirect anchors and backlinks. You want them to be same language ideally.

4. I presume you mean whether it's not index, that doesn't matter much if you can check the domain history properly. Might take longer to revive, but that's it.

5. No idea what you are talking about here.

6. They won't.

7. Learn how to evaluate backlinks properly. That's literally the most basic skill if you want to do any SEO.

8. Because that site is an absolute unusable crap.

Bottom line. Avoid redirects and remember that you will get what you pay for. Domain for $50 with spam Wiki backlinks really won't help you these days.

That's a black hat technique used for smaller country locales. If that's what you want to do, then mention it in the opening post next time, as it changes pretty much everything.

What I wrote about above applies for a regular .com Google for your regular niches. If you want to do some casino spam in Asia or similar, then quite different rules are applied there, as spam still reigns there.

How exactly to pull off those techniques, I have no idea, search forum properly and you might find some hints.
 
I am a real estate broker, No hiding about me, I just want to rank local new launch builder project website, and people are doing this and One guy is dong only on wix just uploading the brother !

I found one Chinese site, expired before 5 years, available for buy with millions of link and 50 domain ranking, why not people use this in china?

My question is still simple, If i buy one domain with back link and do 301 in same country will that helpful.
 
I found one chinda expired gov ment domain, millions of links, but cant registered, its saying you cant register gov domain.

for 2 reasons:

1) too much competition in almost every niche, simple things don't work anymore so we have to do complicated stuff...
2) google tries to fight spam (or at least that's what they declare, the truth might be other), and they do this by making the rules stricter for everyone
