am from india if i get indian payapl verified account its nice otherwise i need usa account..and my intention is to purchase from flipkart like online shoping site..can u help me..urgent

I would advise buying yourself either a private USA vpn, or a private elite USA proxy. Then make the PayPal account on it. To verify a USA account you need VCC + VBA, both of which you can buy in all kinds of places. Then just keep renewing that proxy, paying for it for a long period and just use the account from it.
