You just leaked your proxies in the screenshot. Remove it perhaps?
Are you using the proxy correctly? It looks like whatever program trying to use it cannot connect using it. That may be due to a different type? E.g. https may be? Your program will need to support that.
Try investigating why this happens first before calling it bad.

Have you tried geonode btw? Used them for someone’s project. The proxies worked good.
