How well could you compensate someone? No one is going to send real traffic to you when they can monetize it themselves. As for sharing you around on social media, unless your content is high quality and engaging, and you have a budget to spend on that realistically you'd be paying around 0.03++ per click for USA traffic. As for any traffic source, don't go for someone who just happens to have cheap traffic, you want quality not quantity.

If you want real traffic for your website you can find a DSP that has a brand safe inventory. I'm using Bluagile and since they are a DSP I can access more ad exchanges
