I need real clean proxies

4G proxies or residential proxies are few dedicated...almost are rotating!
I only know Luminati and YPP offer dedicated residential IPs but I do not think it's 100% clean!
No one can be promised clean IPv4. it's all used from 2014

your just gonna have to ask the proxy seller if they have what you need

Where can I find CLEAN proxies? I don't care about the price, I need the highest quality proxies. I've tried almost 10 different providers of 4G and residential ips but all of the proxies are blacklisted. I need dedicated clean ones.

I'm not sure what your use case is, but even with social media sites i've had very good success making my own proxies with AWS / DigitalOcean. I think this is because the IPs are much cleaner than anything a proxy provider would give you. From my experience a clean datacenter IP is better than a rotated residential IP.

Let me put it this way. If you're thinking about "clean" or "virgin" 4g proxies, that is not happening. Unless it's IPv6, but not every provider offers this and they aren't as compatible, as IPv4. You can go for dedicated proxies that have not been used for a specific website. Having that in mind, what will you use your proxies for?

I agree with this I setup a datacentre proxy with digitalocean and haven't had issues compared to some providers of residential.

Yep.
They're so expensive as well.
I did a check of UK based proxies and they have under 300 IPs at any one time and they expect people to pay upwards of 50$ a month lmao.

You can use Luminati proxy for privacy safe and feel dedicated residential service.

I have personally tried it. They have a complicated set-up for the IPs. I had a hard time making it work properly for my purpose.No 100% clean online

Can you tell us ? purpose use of private proxies ? you need virgin 100% clean ips but depend on use of proxies
and how many proxies do you need ?
My experience has been even the Luminati ones aren't 100% clean, though they may be clean enough .. other similar options are smartproxy, netnut, crawlera, oxylabs.

No matter what other say, "clean" proxies are a myth. I doubt an IPv4 address that hasn't been used before exists at all. The best you can hope for is to get an IP that hasn't been abused on YouTube.
Please don't believe people that claim to have "virgin", "clean" or whatever proxies. As I've said, the best you can hope is that they haven't been used for a specific target.
