As the title says how can i pick rss feeds from different sites then translate them to my local language and post them as articles in my wordpress site.i Have searched WP plugins but most of them are paid .I need a python script that can handle picking rss feeds translating it my local language then posting to my site without breaking the structure.

You should search google for it, I suppose you will find some github results there for crawling rss -> insert the articles into deepl via api-> script that takes the output from deepl and create the articles as drafts in WP for your revision before publishing them.
