I Need Professional Opinions

I have been a writer for a lengthy period now and I've earned even though its not the level of income I'm comfortable with. Few days back, I had this idea of sourcing for clients who'd be needing aged websites of all sorts and link them up with sellers to get a %, which could include affiliate monetised sites, AdSense, starter sites and also turnkey sites. I took on the challenge and trust me I got lots of buyers desperate to get aged sites but my challenge is this - I have little idea about terms I'd be looking out for when conversing with a client and also the kind of stats and details I'll need to get from sites sellers to avoid appearing unprofessional to these clients.

Note: I've already established good relationship with them these few days and ive also read on some website terms on Google but I don't want to appear like a novice in this field.

It's not that hard, but it surely comes with experience. The main things you should look at are the domain, rankings and the revenue the site generates.

No worries. On top of that, you can check the marketplaces like Flippa and see what's mentioned the most in those listings.
