I need PPC Proxies

I need proxies.. But please read and reply; these proxies will be used to make PPC Ad accounts...

I need proxies that have not been used and abuse before.

I need proxies that don't have an entire subnet on a black/ban list.

I would prefer that my proxies are from USA, maybe California even.Anyone know of anything thats proven to work?

I dont want to waste time making accounts, when the ips been used 100 times over by someone else.

There are somethings in your question that need more explanation. You can use AdBrite PPC proxy for Ad accounts. If your question is only proxy oriented then use Hola.
