I don´t know of any plugin that can do this but the best way I can think of is to leverage the import feature of Rank Math to bulk change/update HTML tags like, for example, page titles.
So, you will need to export all the meta data from your WordPress website and paste it inside a Google Sheet. From there, you can find a few addons that connects to the OpenAI API key and you can run your own custom prompt to bulk generate new page titles.
Afterwards, when you´re happy with the results, you can just import back that CSV file and...viola!...you´re done!

amazing idea, but rankmath doesnt pull titles since i use main wp titles, my rankmath meta title area is empty, so how we can figure this ?

WP Export does this for you, then use a free Google Sheet add-on to connect to OpenAI through their API key and massively update any HTML tag you want. Not just page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, etc. Then export it to RankMath and boom! You´re done!
I mean, you can even export the content of your blogs and optimize them using AI.

It needs to rewrite an existing title with the chatgpt api with one click or bulk click (200 articles same time)

This can be done using custom WordPress plugin or you can do simple python script that connects to your WordPress via WP Application Password, I have develop a lot of WordPress plugins and I can help you with this if this is still relevant
